Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to ensure a WOW customer experience and oversee daily store operations in New Mexico. You will train associates, manage opening/closing, and drive sales through merchandising and staff performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and company policy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store staff and maintains excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store ops, staff, and urgent issues.
