Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and provides great service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives store sales and helps control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping.
