CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Associate to manage two key areas: customer service and property maintenance. You will develop relationships with customers, identify storage needs, process leases, and handle payments using our POS system.

The role includes daily property walks, unit showings, and ensuring a clean, safe facility. Daytime hours with potential Sunday off, competitive pay from day one, and strong benefits including PTO and a 401(k) match.

Formación

• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments with POS, completing daily deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Daily property maintenance tasks including cleaning units and store areas, door operation, and basic upkeep.
• Ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities meeting company guidelines.
