Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Support development of 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership and staffing, and manage plans within budgets.
• Communicate goals and plans to direct reports and assign workload to maximize efficiency.
• Build and lead a strong team, handle interviewing, onboarding, and coaching, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and hold teammates accountable.
