Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product and assortment information.
• Uphold merchandising standards through floor sets and inventory presentation.
• Lead loyalty programs, warranty sales, and enrollment efforts.
• Assist in planning and achieving department priorities with management.
• Schedule and supervise teammates to meet traffic and payroll goals.
• Open/close store duties and front-end operations.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate teammates; enforce policies.
