DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain of Off Field Operations to lead store performance and inventory execution. You’ll supervise and coach teammates, manage scheduling, and ensure exceptional athlete experiences on the sales floor.

You will drive adherence to merchandising standards, develop plans with store leadership, and promote loyalty programs while keeping safety and policy compliance top of mind.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and help.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards across floor sets and signage.
• Promote company programs and loyalty initiatives to customers.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with leadership to drive department priorities.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and coaching for direct reports.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance store-wide.
• Open and close responsibilities and general store oversight when needed.
