Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain of Off Field Operations to lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution in-store. You will coach teammates, support store performance, and ensure processes run smoothly to keep athletes ready.

Your leadership will drive efficiency and customer satisfaction on the sales floor. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, strong customer service, and prior people leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom operations to keep the store athlete-ready.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to meet goals.
• Coach teammates, supervise opening/closing, and manage schedules to meet payroll goals.
• Deliver exceptional athlete experiences with product knowledge and service.
• Enforce store policies and loss prevention standards.
