CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within a district. You will develop customer relationships, rent units, process payments, and perform daily maintenance to ensure a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interacting face to face with customers and delivering excellent service.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing leasing, processing payments via POS, and daily deposits.
