Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores in your district, delivering outstanding customer service and performing essential maintenance and sales tasks. You will work primarily daytime hours with some weekend requirements and contribute to a clean, secure facility.

You will develop client relationships, meet sales targets, and handle leasing, payments, and daily banking while maintaining the property and supporting customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse client base.
• Self-driven with a strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and current insurance.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and perform tasks (up to 50 lbs).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and offering solutions to create a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and provide excellent service and rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operational tasks, lock checks, and unit showings.
• Rent/store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, make daily deposits, and follow up on late payments.
