Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist with leasing, and help maintain multiple stores within the district.

You will interact with customers, show units, process payments, and perform daily tasks to keep the property clean, safe, and compliant with company standards. A reliable, self-motivated candidate who can work Saturdays is ideal.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits, and following up on late payments.
• Daily property walks for maintenance; cleaning units and grounds; opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Keeping the facility clean and safe per company guidelines (restrooms, landscaping, parking, decluttered office space).
