Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support stores within your district. You’ll develop customer relationships, drive leasing, process payments, and keep the property clean and secure.

Hours are primarily daytime with possible Sunday off, and the role includes opportunities to grow with the team across the U.S. The position requires physical activity and a valid driver's license. CubeSmart offers competitive pay, benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
