CubeSmart is hiring for a Store Operations Associate to manage day-to-day customer interactions and store maintenance in a self-storage environment. You will build relationships, handle leasing, payments, and daily tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in transactions, and a commitment to keeping the facility clean and welcoming for customers. Weekend availability may be required.

Formación

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid license, and active insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits, and contacting customers about late payments.
• Maintaining a clean and safe facility, performing daily upkeep, and ensuring doors, restrooms, and parking areas meet company standards.
