In this role, you will handle leasing, payments, and daily tasks while promoting a clean, safe, and organized facility. Daytime hours with possible Sunday variations emphasize consistency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Strong operational focus and reliability.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays as required.
• Access to a valid driver's license and up-to-date auto insurance.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including walking, standing, and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting with customers face-to-face, delivering excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, processing payments via POS, and handling daily deposits.
