Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support customer service and property maintenance across our self-storage stores. You will build relationships with customers, identify storage needs, and guide them to the best solutions while delivering a standout experience.

Daily tasks include leasing units, processing payments, and keeping the property tidy and secure. You will work daytime hours with weekend availability, enjoy Paid Time Off, and participate in a benefits program that

Qualifications

A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
Basic computer skills including MS Office.
Ability to work Saturdays.
Access to a personal vehicle, valid license, and up-to-date insurance.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and perform related duties.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
Interact face to face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics; rent storage units and manage leasing.
Process payments using our POS system and perform daily deposits.
Walk the property for daily operational tasks and keep units visible and accessible.
Maintain a clean, safe facility with tidy offices and grounds.
