CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district with a focus on customer service and property upkeep. The role combines leasing tasks, selling merchandise, and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple sites.

You will walk properties, handle payments, perform deposits, and maintain a clean, safe facility while meeting performance metrics. Weekend availability may be required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifikationen

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, climbing or balancing on a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments with POS, completing daily deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
