CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer interactions and property tasks across our self-storage stores. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, guiding customers to suitable storage options, and achieving sales and leasing goals.

You will perform daily property tasks, process payments, and maintain a clean, safe facility. The position requires weekend availability and reliable transportation to operate across sites.

• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle deposits and late payments calls.
