Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships and daily store maintenance. You will interact with customers to identify storage needs, show units, process leases and payments, and maintain a clean, safe facility.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work Saturdays, with daily tasks including site walks, maintenance, and payment handling. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office."
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Physical ability to perform daily store/site tasks including walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers by identifying self-storage needs and delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face to face, provide excellent service, and build rapport with customers.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily tasks: lock checks, showing units, and POS payments.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, and handle deposits and late payments.
