CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district, delivering strong customer service and overseeing daily operations. You will interact with customers, rent units, process payments, and support maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and safe facility.

The role emphasizes daytime hours with occasional Sunday work, paid time off, and opportunities for growth across the U.S.

Qualificações

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and store grounds, opening and closing storage doors up to 50 lbs.
• Maintaining a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines (restrooms, landscaping, parking, tidy doors, decluttered office).
