Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, blending strong customer service with property upkeep and safety. Youll play a key role in maintaining clean facilities and delivering excellent service to customers.

Youll develop relationships, meet leasing targets, handle payments via POS, and perform daily site tasks. This role emphasizes daytime hours with potential Sunday off, offering growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing or balancing may be required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls about late payments.
