CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support customer service at self-storage locations. You will develop relationships, assist customers, rent units, process payments, and help maintain a clean, safe facility.

The role emphasizes daytime hours with occasional Saturdays, opportunities to advance within the U.S., and a supportive team culture that values reliability and hands-on contribution to daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, complete daily deposits, and contact customers about late payments.
