Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, delivering strong customer service and handling daily operations. You will interact with customers, show units, process leasing and payments, and perform routine maintenance to keep facilities clean and secure.

The role emphasizes a positive, self-driven attitude, weekend availability, and the ability to work in a team to meet store goals. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units and processing payments using the POS system, handling daily deposits and courtesy calls for late payments.
• Maintaining the property daily: cleaning units/store grounds, opening/closing doors, and basic upkeep.
