Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support store-level operations across the district. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, leasing units, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to work Saturdays, with comfort using MS Office and POS systems. A valid driver’s license and vehicle access are required, with potential weekend hours.

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Ability to meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and adapt to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions.
