Warby Parker is opening a new store in Minnesota and is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional experiences for customers. In this role you will lead floor sales, support front-of-house operations, and collaborate with the team when a manager is not present.

You will share Warby Parker's story, contribute to process improvements, and participate in special projects while maintaining an upbeat, service-minded environment. Prior retail leadership experience is required.
