Warby Parker is seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to create exceptional in-store experiences across our U.S. and Canada locations. Youll lead floor selling, open/close duties, and partner with leadership on process improvements, while delivering Warby Parker's brand story to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the sales floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.

• Provide thoughtful, honest product advice to customers.
• Contribute to process ideation and improvement for the store.
