Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional customer experiences across all U.S. locations. You will lead floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is away, while sharing Warby Parker's story and brand philosophy.

You bring 6+ months of management experience in retail, superb interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset. This role emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and a people-centric approach to selling

Responsibilities
