Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional in-store experiences across our U.S. and Canada locations.

You will lead on-floor selling, manage front-of-house operations, and partner with leadership on process improvements while sharing the Warby Parker story with customers. The role requires retail experience with at least 6 months in a supervisory capacity, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
