T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to represent the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage customers, educate them on products, and facilitate sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, learning new skills through training, and contributing to a high-energy team culture. Compensation includes base pay, training pay, and eligibility for incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport with customers, drive sales activity, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
