Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment with evolving technology.

The role emphasizes customer service, learning new skills, and building relationships. Eligible for training pay, then promotion to Mobile Expert with incentive targets; full and part-time benefits are extensive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Actively attract potential customers, follow up with referrals, and build relationships to drive sales.
