Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding experiences in a high-traffic environment. Role requires strong product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills, with training provided on processes, systems, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and showcasing the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Builds rapport, drives sales activity, attracts potential customers, and follows up with referrals and Be Back processes.
