T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk.

You will engage customers, educate on products and services, and help drive sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. You will complete training on the store experience and products, and you will be empowered to deliver outstanding service, build relationships, and contribute to a positive customer journey.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems, and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, attract potential customers, and drive sales activity in your location.
