T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to represent the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting.

The role focuses on educating customers, demonstrating products, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will learn the store-in-store experience and continually improve skills to meet customer needs, while helping to grow sales and build relationships.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engages customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; drive sales and follow up with potential customers, collecting referrals and managing Be Back processes.
