Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to engage customers in a fast-paced warehouse/club kiosk setting. The role focuses on education, demonstrations, and solutions that keep customers connected and satisfied.

You will complete training, develop product knowledge, and build relationships while driving sales in a high-traffic environment. This team values energy, passion, and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• As a team member, provide exceptional service, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and build relationships.
