Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership candidate to oversee daily operations, stock management, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will lead associates, manage displays, and ensure promotions are executed per corporate guidelines.

The role requires at least 2 years in management, strong communication, and flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts while maintaining store integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move around stock areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays per store sections and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash, locks, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, guiding staff and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Executes market plan with signage per corporate guidelines and updates.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
