Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays, including signage and promotions
• Handles opening/closing procedures, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily operations
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing staff, customer service, and urgent issues
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
• Executes marketing plans with compliant product placement and updated promotional materials
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed
