Job summary

Five Below Inc is seeking a Store Leader to oversee daily store operations, staff supervision, and customer service initiatives. You will manage opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and promotional displays to ensure an engaging shopping experience.

The role requires a high school diploma (college experience preferred) and at least 2 years of management experience. The position is hourly and located in Mount Pleasant, PA, with flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and stocking to ensure efficient shelf placement.
• Manages store displays and signage according to corporate guidelines.
• Operates as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Drives sales by optimizing merchandising and store operations.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates and enforces store policies.
