Job summary

Five Below is hiring a store leadership professional to oversee daily operations, merchandising, and customer service. You’ll manage stock receiving, displays, opening/closing routines, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. Train associates and drive sales while controlling expenses and executing corporate promotions.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Maintains composure under pressure and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast shelf placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing responsibilities, cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, oversees staff, service, and urgent issues.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and supports onboarding and training.
• Drives store sales by improving merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Executes market plan with product placement and promotional materials.
• Ensures adherence to Inventory Integrity processes.
