Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to lead the store team in Myrtle Beach. You will provide World-Class service, model customer relationships, and ensure staff coverage for all store areas to meet goals.

You will coach staff on service principles, educate on products, and uphold the People-First philosophy while resolving client issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain appropriate staff coverage and model sales generation and service.
• Coach staff on customer service principles and selling skills.
• Educate team on products, training resources and business goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned with People-First philosophy.
• Resolve client service issues including delivery/pick-up using reporting systems.
