Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service in Miami Beach to lead the store team, deliver world-class service, and manage staff coverage across all areas of the store.

You will coach the team on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service principles while fostering a positive, respectful environment and resolving client service issues efficiently.

Formación

• 2–3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed while modeling sales and service excellence.
• Coach staff to reinforce customer service principles and improve performance.
• Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using Selling Essentials and training resources.
• Foster a positive environment aligned with our People-First Philosophy.
• Resolve client service issues including delivery/pick-up using client information reporting systems.
