Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers and exceed sales goals
• Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed and act as a role model for sales associates
• Reinforce customer service principles by coaching staff on successes and challenges
• Utilize selling techniques and training resources to educate the team on products and goals
• Create a positive environment where all associates are treated with dignity in line with the People-First Philosophy
• Ensure timely resolution of client service issues including delivery/pick-up and other inquiries
