Job summary

POP MART, a leading global pop culture company, is seeking a Retail Store Manager for Annapolis Mall. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales and operations, and deliver a premium customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll own visual merchandising, inventory control, and store performance while inspiring associates and representing POP MART’s brand at the local level. This role requires travel up to 10% and direct reporting to the District/Area Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Appreciation of designer toys, collectibles, art, pop culture, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience collaborating with international or cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Drive the store's sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operational execution.
• Analyze KPIs and develop action plans to hit goals.
• Lead product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and represent the brand.
• Own daily store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Travel up to 10% for openings, meetings, and collaborations.
