POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Annapolis Mall to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and visual merchandising while maintaining POP MART's premium brand standards.

This role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through feedback and recognition.
• Partner with Store Manager to recruit, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leading from the sales floor and setting the standard for engagement.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Analyze business results to identify opportunities and drive sales performance.
