Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is hiring a Store Manager for the Annapolis Mall location. You will lead all aspects of the store, deliver a premium customer experience, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage visual merchandising, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and compliance with brand standards while traveling up to 10% for openings and key meetings, reporting to the District/Area Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in high-volume stores.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach performance, and develop leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance including sales, payroll, expenses and operations.
• Drive customer experience with knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Uphold brand standards and lead promotional campaigns.
• Partner with Robo Shop teams and manage community events where applicable.
