POP MART in Annapolis Mall is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience while overseeing daily store operations. You will drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and ensure the store reflects POP MART's brand.

The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, a passion for designer toys and pop culture, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Development: recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team with Store Manager.
Customer Experience: deliver exceptional customer experience and lead customer engagement on the sales floor.
Sales & Business Performance: achieve sales goals and KPIs, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
Store Operations: oversee opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
Visual Merchandising & Inventory: execute planograms, seasonal displays, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Brand & Community: act as brand ambassador and support events, launches, and pop-ups.
