Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Own daily store operations and ensure execution across all areas.
• Drive sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and customer experience.
• Lead product launches, promos, and visual presentation.
• Mentor and develop store leadership and front-line teams.
