Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Annapolis Mall to lead a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, manage inventory, merchandising, and daily operations, while ensuring POP MART brand standards are upheld on the floor.

You will coach and develop staff, lead by example, and assume Manager on Duty responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail leadership in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans that drive results.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently while making sound business decisions.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to achieve KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the sales floor.
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, safety and compliance.
• Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
• Support events, product launches, and store openings and volunteer for Manager on Duty duties.
