Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Annapolis Mall to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, optimize operations, and ensure POP MART’s premium brand is reflected on the sales floor.

You will coach Associates and Leads, manage daily store operations, oversee inventory and merchandising, and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in supervisory or management roles.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, safety and compliance.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs such as conversion, UPT, ATV, and payroll productivity.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, cycle counts, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.
