POP MART Americas Inc. in Annapolis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team on the floor and support every aspect of store operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads, manage inventory, merchandising, and daily routines, and ensure a premium POP MART brand experience for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, including conversions, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
• Build excitement within the local collector community and promote POP MART's brand.
