POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Annapolis Mall, MD to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will own business performance, talent development, visual presentation, inventory management, and daily operations while driving premium service and sales growth.

The role reports to the District/Area Manager and requires 3+ years of retail management experience, a strong understanding of KPIs, and a passion for POP MART’s collectibles and brand

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused retail stores.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and store performance.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll and inventory controls.
