POP MART seeks a Store Manager in Annapolis Mall to lead daily operations, drive a premium customer experience, and build a high-performing team while owning store performance, inventory, and visual presentation.

You will recruit and coach staff, execute product launches, monitor KPIs, manage scheduling and payroll, and serve as a brand ambassador in the community. 3+ years of retail management and a passion for collectibles are required; travel up to 10% may be needed.

• 3+ years of retail management in high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees and coaching leaders.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
