Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, focusing on service quality and memorable customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage cash and inventory, and ensure safe, compliant processes while maintaining a polished store appearance.

You will drive performance against KPIs, supervise scheduling, and collaborate with field leaders to certify technicians and deliver high-quality services. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or 5–7 years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a mobile workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Drive KPI performance to meet/exceed company goals (NPS, Time to Serve, conversions).
• Guide technicians to maintain SafeTech certification and quality installs/repairs.
• Provide standout customer service and quickly resolve complaints and warranty issues.
